You tell me the budget, area and must-haves. I hunt, filter and bring you only what fits, including homes that never reach the portals.
Find a home to rent
Most people rent first. I find the flat and help you put together a file that gets a “yes”, even without a Spanish payslip yet. Students too: you can usually qualify using your parents’ income or a guarantee from them, even if they are abroad.
Viewings by video
Not in Spain yet? I visit in person and walk you through everything on a live call, the light, the noise, the neighbours, the real state of it.
Negotiation
I negotiate the price for you, with real market data and none of the emotion of someone who has already fallen for the flat.
